HOW TO GROW TOMATO

Start indoors 6–8 weeks before last frost, plant out 1–2 weeks after last frost. Requires bottom heat for good germination. Pot up to 3-4” pots when first true leaves develop, bury to first leaves. Gradually harden off in full sun 1–2 weeks before transplanting after last frost. Transplant out stocky 8 to 10” tall plants. Apply super phosphate for high early yields and to avoid blossom-end rot. Too much nitrogen causes excessive vegetation. If fruit cracks, reduce watering. Indeterminate varieties are trellised, fruit ripens over an extended period. Prune to one leader pinching suckers in leaf axles every 7 to 10 days. Thirty days before last frost prune leaders to ripen remaining fruit. Determinate or bush varieties do not need pruning or trellising. Soil pH 4.3-6.6. Hardiness zones 4. Annual.

Days from maturity calculated from the date of transplant. Average 8,400 seeds per ounce. Federal germination standard: 75%. Usual seed life: 4-10 years. Isolation distance for seed saving: 75-150 feet.

Planting Depth 1/4”
Soil Temp. Germ. 70-85˚F
Days to Germ. 6-10
Plant Spacing 24-36”, 14-20”
Row Spacing 5’, 4’ trellis
Days To Maturity 75-80
Full Sun, Moist Well Drained

Works Great & Very Practical for Indoor Potty Training
Pattern Name: Detachable high wall
I really love this pee pad tray. We have a similar one from another retailer that has worked well, and I wanted a second tray for our multi-story home. My puppy had no trouble using this right away since he’s already trained to use a pad when we’re not able to take him out. The design keeps his paws dry, which I appreciate, and it even came with wee pads included. The splash guard is a nice touch for male dogs my puppy isn’t lifting his leg yet, but it will definitely be useful later on. Just a note: if your dog tends to have softer stools, cleaning the small holes in the tray might take a little extra effort. For us, that hasn’t been an issue, and the tray is easy to rinse off when needed. Overall, this is a much cleaner and more reliable option compared to indoor grass pads or loose training pads that some puppies chew up. I’m really happy with it and would recommend it.

Reliable, No‑Mess Pads That Actually Work
Size: X-Large, Style: 40 Count
I’ve tried a bunch of different puppy pads, but these Amazon Basics ones are easily the most reliable. The 5‑layer design really does make a difference—no leaking, no soggy spots, and the quick‑dry top layer keeps my puppy from tracking wet footprints around the house. They absorb way more than I expected, and the plastic backing has never let anything seep through to the floor. The size is perfect for daily training, and the pads stay flat instead of bunching up. My puppy took to them right away, and cleanup is super easy. For the price and the quality, these are honestly the best value pads I’ve found. Highly recommend for puppies, small dogs, or even senior dogs who need a little extra help.

They're okay-ish. Not suitable for a lot of liquid.
Size: Regular, Style: 100 Count
I use these for my opossums. They work okay-ish, but I continue to use them for the quantity and price. They're not very large animals. Make sure you are changing them out after a single pee. These really can not handle a lot of liquid. My girls both refused litter training, and so puppy pads are my only option. If your animal has large pees, I do not recommend these because it will not be able to absorb it all, and you're gonna have a mess! Thats the word I have been looking for. They can't absorb a large amount of liquid.
