•  The Philodendron 'Painted Lady' is a masterpiece of horticultural breeding. Unlike some variegated plants that are finicky, the 'Painted Lady' is known for being resilient and maintaining its striking patterns with ease.
  
  This is a man-made hybrid, with parentage originating from the tropical rainforests of South America.
  
  As an erubescens hybrid, the 'Painted Lady' produces a classic aroid inflorescence consisting of a reddish-pink spathe and a white spadix. While it rarely flowers indoors, a mature plant in ideal conditions may produce these subtle, waxy blooms, though they are usually hidden beneath the vibrant foliage.
  
  
• Bright, indirect light. It needs plenty of light to keep the "neon" yellow vibrant. Avoid direct hot sun, which can scorch the delicate leaves.
  Moderate. Water when the top 50% of the soil is dry. They prefer consistency; avoid letting the soil get bone-dry or stay waterlogged.
