Our beautiful “Birthday Party" petal length dress is full of whimsy. This gorgeous dress features a beautiful sequin silhouette and rainbow ombre tulle skirting. Any little one will fall in love with this sweet dress. 

We have added a very flexible back which features shoulder ties which add to the ease of size adjustment and a full elastic back- which lends to her ease of size adjustment as well. Typically with our elastic back you can add an additional 1-3 inches of room into this dress. Her skirting features yards of bridal soft tulle. We have added a built in petticoat for added pouf. The skirting is fully lined so not itchy feeling against the skin. This sweet dress is perfect for twirling!
