At Kirby Allison, we are proud to offer our Presidential Suede Shoe Service, a specialized care service designed exclusively for suede and nubuck footwear using professional-grade Saphir products.
Suede and nubuck require a fundamentally different approach than smooth leather. Each pair is carefully deep cleaned to remove embedded dirt and surface contamination while preserving the natural nap of the leather. After controlled drying, color and appearance are refreshed using a suede conditioning spray, followed by protective waterproofing and detailed edge and heel finishing.
This service is ideal for suede or nubuck shoes showing signs of dirt buildup, fading, discoloration, or uneven appearance. While it significantly improves presentation, it is not intended for structural repair or restoration of torn, heavily worn, or damaged suede.
Service Process
After checkout, your order confirmation email will include a single link to your service page. From this page, you can access your printable service form, packing guidance, and either create your pre-paid FedEx shipping label or view the shipping address if you prefer to ship your shoes yourself. The completed service form should be placed inside the box with your shoes to ensure proper handling and avoid delays.
If you select the pre-paid FedEx label option, the label created through this link is for shipping your shoes to us. The shipping charge at checkout covers the cost of shipping your shoes back to you once service is complete. Orders with multiple pairs are returned together unless otherwise arranged.
All shoes are processed in a working queue managed by a single master shoeshine specialist. Orders are opened and worked on only when they reach the front of the queue. Total turnaround time from delivery to return shipment can take up to four weeks, depending on volume and the specific needs of each pair. The specialist will reach out if additional information is required.
Rush service is available for an additional fee and allows your order to be prioritized ahead of the standard queue, subject to availability.
