I live with two cats in a small apartment space and unfortunately, one of my litter boxes is by my front door. I'm always worried about people passing by in the hallway smelling the litter and when people first enter my apartment, this has been great to help relieve some of that smelly stress. Though I do have to frequently use it. I am able to use it around the cats' litter box without any issues of them avoiding it. It's great that veterinarians approve this product as one of the safer options for pets. It smells good and it does the job as good or better than others I've tried. The reason I won't continue to use it is that it is a heavy liquid and when you spray it into the air, falls to your floor very quickly. On tile, it leaves a shiny oily "wet" patch that can make the tile slippery which is dangerous and on carpet, since it is oily, I assume that dirt will quickly adhere to those areas forcing a carpet cleaning in a short amount of time. I happen to have cream carpet.
