About The Fabric
These recycled fibers are produced from various recycled sources: PET bottles, industrial fabric waste and even from existing garments. Recycling these materials prevents them from ending up in landfill. Recycled PES doesn’t require new petroleum to create, lowering the demand for such chemicals.
Producing recycled PES is better for the climate, creating 75% less CO₂ emissions than virgin synthetic fibers. Performance and durability, benefits, including high strength and functional versatility of recycled PES is the same as traditional polyester but with a lower environmental impact.

Not very strong

We have a different bone from this company that my dogs love and it’s been indestructible for my hard chewers, but NOT this one. Within 20min of chewing he was pulling pieces off. It’s not nearly as tough as the other one we have. Pretty disappointed.

Recommended for Seniors, Not for Chewers

My 12lb dog loves Playology toys because of the long-lasting scent that's stimulating for her (even though I can't detect the smell). I got this toy because I wanted to add a different texture to her toy bin since most of her toys are rope & plush. Unfortunately, after only 10 minutes of playing with this toy, she managed to tear the pieces of the rubber off and I had to take it away so she doesn't choke on the pieces that were breaking off. Now I see why this toy's recommended for senior dogs. Definitely not recommended for active dogs or heavy chewers.
