A wide structured cummerbund waistband in tomato red linen cinches the waist beautifully before giving way to a full, sweeping circle skirt in crisp ivory cotton eyelet, the cutwork dots lending a playful polka dot effect. The skirt is lined in taffeta, giving it wonderful volume and a satisfying swish. Convenient side pockets are discreetly set into the skirt. A wonderfully wearable and eye-catching example of early 1950s American ready-to-wear at its most chic. In  excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
