They really stick well on the teeth, takes a little effort to get them off in fact but that's not a complaint. Of course the main thing is that they whiten the teeth and while my teeth are probably a little harder to whiten due to my copious use of coffee and tea I can say that these have definitely whitened my teeth a couple shades since using them. I used these consistently for the full 2-week treatment, and I’m really impressed with the results! As you can see in my before-and-after photo, the difference is very noticeable.
