The Esquire is the favorite of the owner of Hanks Belts. Whether you are wearing dress pants or jeans the Esquire will complement your outfit with a slightly more refined style that is sure to impress.

We start with the same English Bridle leather we use in our Canyon belt. The Esquire is then lined with premium leather so that you have the same quality inside and out. The 1.25” width is perfect for a sleeker look and fits the belt loops of all jeans or pants.

The inside of the belt is raised with a separate full leather strip creating a distinctive appearance. The unique construction of the Esquire belt will last for years, age well, and conform to the individual shape of your body over time.

As with all Hanks Belts, the Esquire is made by skilled craftsmen the way a belt would have been made a hundred years ago.

Vegetable-tanned leather, unlike chromium-tanned leather, uses no harsh chemicals. Mimosa powder, derived from tree bark from Africa, gives the rich finish of the leather used on these belts. The devoted process takes six weeks from rawhide to finished leather ready to be cut and sewn into a Hanks Belt. The final step is hand burnishing every hide. Though it is a labor-intensive process it results in a unique, extremely fine finish.

Vegetable-tanned leather develops a patina that improves with age. The appearance develops with wear giving each belt its own individual characteristics.

We use top-quality hardware to finish it off. Our more refined all stainless steel roller buckle provides easy buckling and unbuckling. The superior quality stainless steel buckle costs six times more than a standard plated steel buckle, which is no less than this belt deserves. Our Chicago screws hold it all together so you can easily swap buckles yet never have to worry about snaps which can become weakened and unreliable over time.

An awesome belt that fills a wide range of dress styles, The Esquire is a belt you will reach for time and time again.

I still haven't had to change the batteries since I bought this mouse. I use it every day, mainly for gaming. It works great, no lag, It's quick and responsive. Its the best mouse I have ever owned.

Beware of the Top Button!!😁
Style: M705
A smooth but weighted feel on a mouse pad. I have mice that move with a much lighter touch, but this is great for the computer I use with my main TV screen. Beware of the top damnable button, the one just before the scroll wheel. It turns off the clicky graduations you wheel as you roll the scroll wheel with your fingertip. When used it unleashes a whirling dervish of a gremlin, your screen will continue to scroll after you want it to stop. Sometimes it will start on its own! Incantations, voodoo, chick bones, curses and magic wands have no effect. Yelling seems to make it worse. There is no other cure other than to push the top button from Hades again. Clicks from the two main buttons are easily audible but not obnoxious. The side buttons for screen forward & back work very well also. This is my second one of these, the first stopped moving smoothly on a pad, no amount of polishing seemed to help so I retired it.

Important Info for Connecting Replacement Mouse
Style: M705
I purchased the MK705 mouse to replace the same model that had simply worn out after over 13 years of faithful service. The MK700/710 Logitech keyboard is still going strong, albeit with a few worn keys. I did however run into an issue when installing the new mouse. At first I left the old unifying receiver that came with the old mouse plugged into a usb port. I installed the batteries in the new mouse, turned it on, and found that it would not work. I figured it needed the new unifying receiver, so I turned off the keyboard and mouse and plugged the new receiver into the same USB port. The new mouse then worked but the keyboard would not. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, so I phoned Logitech support. The gentleman I spoke with walked me through the connection process, which was done on their website "logiwebconnect.com". Should you run into the same issue, the process is simple. You probably won't need any help from tech support, but if you do, they were easy to get in touch with.

Still the champ
Style: M705
Love it!!! Got this originally when it first came out. The people who talk about the scroll wheel are not very smart. It has a button to switch from hyper to regular scrolling. I do use a mouse pad. So it moves fine. Feels very comfortable in your hand. Obviously this is not for gaming. Great mouse for your home office computer.

Dependable, Reliable

As advertised. Logitech, best mouse for your hard-earned cheddar! It’s not that the (years) old Logitech mouse failed in any operational way, it just got that gummy, sticky surface texture that’s impossible to remove. While shopping for a replacement I noticed an off-brand mouse/keyboard combo and thought, “hey, 2 for 1”…mistake. All was well for about three weeks, long enough that when the gremlins arrived I didn’t immediately associate the new hardware. For the purposes of this discussion, gentle reader, know that I run legacy (what I affectionately refer to as, “Lazarus”) builds. Rigs that started life running Windows Vista/7, died, and that now, resurrected, run 10 and 11, and all that that implies. So, when a mouse started stuttering, of course I thought it was a gremlin in the machine, right? I spent more days than I am comfortable sharing with you pouring over processes and background apps, and registry trims…before Accam’s Razor suggested I eliminate the mouse as a variable. Changing the battery was ineffective, but when I swapped in the ooold Logitech…Yahtzee/Bingo/Booyah…smooth and precise…butter! All I needed was a new Logitech mouse. So, if you’re here you likely are having mouse issues of your own, or you just need one that works…this is it! 😉
