This vintage 1960s empire waist silk column dress deftly combines the psychedelic mood of the late 1960s with the Regency Era empire waist silhouette of Bridgerton. One-of-a-kind and custom-made, the silk fabric has a subtle tie-dye pattern in gorgeous citrus tones. The underbust empire waist line has hidden elastic, to stretch to fit. The dress falls straight in a column shape, and there are slits on either side from the hem for ease of movement. It has an underlining in a complementary green hue. There is no closure, it slips on overhead. Note that there are no fiber contents listed, feels like washed silk.
Measurements: This will best fit a size X-Small, Small, or likely Medium, but please refer to below measurements to be sure and keep in mind there are no closures.
Chest: up 37.5" (works for smaller because of the gathered look/elastic at underbust)
Empire Waist/underbust: 28" laid flat without elastic engaged, up to about 35" with elastic stretched
Natural waist area is about 36"
Length: 52.25" (extra fabric in hem to let out if desired)
