HOW TO BOOK
Please select the actual date of event/hire of garment.
Pickups will be available from 48 hours prior to your event, and this period will be subject to availability based on previous returns ect. You will receive a text with pickup details once your booking is ready for collection.
Please add your desired pickup date in "CART NOTES" prior to payment. (eg. Thursday 8th April 2021). For other arrangements, please contact us prior to booking.
Postal bookings are made via express postage through Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided. Bookings for weekend hires requiring postage have a cutoff of Tuesday's at 4pm to ensure enough time is allowed to prepare and post out.
Please ensure you have thoroughly read through JMWEEKENDRENTAL terms and conditions of hiring. By booking, the client automatically agrees to adhere to all conditions.
RETURNS
All bookings selected with pickup are required to be returned within 72 hours of the event date, or sooner if possible.
All postal bookings include a return satchel with is incorporated with the shipping price paid. Please lodge your return INSIDE a post office at the desk, by 3PM on the first business day after your event.
Late fees will apply for any late returns and late lodgements for postal returns.
