conservative black dress Vintage 1950s 1960s Black Silk Dress by Carl NaftalGorgeous black cocktail dress from about the 1950s or 1960s. Beautiful dupioni silk, dolman sleeves, sweet button ( decorative) at the waist. Has metal zipper down the back. Labels reads: Carl Naftal Originals, California. I'd say this is in the small range. Please read condition below. Excellent vintage condition. The only thing worth noting is the faintest discoloration a lightening of the black in the armpits. Barley noticeable in my opinion.

Item received not as pictured - beware
Item not as described. The navy version I ordered showed a colored zipper and a print pattern inside the collar in the description but the one I received is solid navy in color. Not what I wanted or ordered. It fit fine and I liked the weight of the material as it is a little heavier than another Maelreg shirt I ordered which had the same description. Be careful when ordering as the color and weight of the material is certainly not accurate.

sleeves long
I'm 5'6" and stocky but the sleeves are too long and slip over to rest half way down my hand. If your 5'9 or taller you will be fine.
