The tent now has integrated zippered storm doors featuring peak vents to provide additional protection against wind and rain, all the while maintaining optimal ventilation. Constructed with top-notch YKK #3 zippers featured on both the mesh and storm doors. Every zipper throughout the tent has been engineered for straightforward replacement of the zipper sliders right in the field. The tent includes two spare sliders for your convenience.

Storm doors can be effortlessly opened and closed, allowing you to regulate the airflow inside the tent according to your preferences. Furthermore, usability is greatly improved by incorporating magnetic door fasteners, simplifying the process of securing the tent doors without the hassle of dealing with cumbersome closures. These magnetic fasteners are robust and dependable, ensuring the doors remain neatly rolled up even in blustery conditions.

Crafted from Dyneema Composite Fabric (DCF), the tent's main body offers exceptional waterproofing, durability, and an incredibly low weight, making it ideal for ultralight backpacking shelters. With floor dimensions of approximately 228 cm in length and 114 cm in width, and a peak height of 122 cm at the center, it offers ample space for two adults and their gear. The tent's total weight is a mere 577 g, which includes guy lines, sewn-in linelocs, taped seams, and a stuff sack. Each tent also includes a piece of repair tape and two spare zipper sliders.

The tent has been meticulously designed to prevent condensation from reaching the ground, thanks to its inclined mesh panel. Its robust bathtub-style floor offers a generous 20 cm of clearance, accommodating both you and your gear comfortably. Additionally, you'll discover a convenient mesh pocket located near the entrance, ensuring swift access to your essential items.

Ventilation is a standout feature of the Duplex Zip tent, featuring spacious built-in mesh doors on both sides and peak vents. These doors can be effortlessly rolled up and secured, facilitating optimal airflow during warm weather while reducing interior condensation. The tent's dual-entry design, equipped with doors on both sides, ensures convenient access for both occupants without disturbing one another. The doors can be rolled back and secured to facilitate easy entry and exit.

Setting up the Duplex Zip tent is a straightforward procedure, achievable using trekking poles or optionally available carbon fiber tent poles. It employs a straightforward single-pole configuration, forming two primary arches with the poles. The tent package includes guylines for various weather conditions.

Additional features include integrated mosquito netting on the doors and windows to keep insects at bay, a bathtub-style floor for heightened rain protection, and DCF fabric renowned for its durability and resistance to stretching and sagging, ensuring a taut pitch even in unfavorable weather conditions. The tent can be further tailored with additional accessories such as a groundsheet or vestibule for extra gear storage.

One of the primary advantages of the Duplex tent is its compact pack size. It can be easily folded and stowed in a small stuff sack, making it an excellent choice for backpackers seeking to conserve space in their packs.

The tent package includes: guylines, sewn in linelocs, taped seams, and a stuff sack. 8x Stakes are required but are not included, you can buy them ultralight test stakes.
