This Prickle Plant will take you back in time! Ok, well, not really, but Chamaedorea Elegans plants can bring a piece of history into your home. This vintage indoor plant was popular in Victorian times due to its low-light tolerance. Originating from Mexico, this plant was displayed in the best room of the manor, which is where its nickname, the Parlour Palm, comes from.

Parlour Palm care is low-maintenance, making them great for any home. They're child and pet-friendly, air-purifying, and slow-growing to a maximum height of 1m. Keep them in temperatures above 18°C (but they can deal with as low as 10°C), and in bright, indirect sunlight. If their leaves begin to fade or bleach move them out of the sun. They rarely need watering, only when the soil is dry, and they like to be misted occasionally.

Nowadays, most people aren't lucky enough to live in manors, and we no longer have parlours, so we think the best place to keep your Parlour Palm is in the living room or hallway.

Great Light but NOT USB CHARGEABLE
I bought this lamp for my bell tent, which has a center pole. It did exactly what I wanted it to do: provide light to my whole tent instead of depending on a lantern or flashlight. It snapped on easily and fit the pole perfectly. I wish it had a remote but I could have spent more and bought one with that functionality. The reason I took a star off is because it is advertised as being USB and even requires RECHARGABLE batteries. Since I'm not savvy on these things I paid extra for the batteries thinking the USB charges them in the device. NOPE. The USB is just for powering the light from an ac source (which is pointless for what I use it for).
