Sheet has been stored in oversized top loader flat for many years. There are surface scratches with one area about 3-4 inches in diameter that would be considered MP- HP. The rest of the sheet is between NM-LP. No creases or bends in the sheet. Any other questions, please let us know.   

Shipping:

Sheet will be carefully rolled and shipped in 4-Inch PVC around 32-36 inches long with protective closures on both ends. This is sturdier than typical architectural tube and ensures safe shipment. Signature will be required.
